Hi everyone at the Ivory Tower, Just a few pictures from the wedding to share with you. The day was fantastic with beautiful weather. Who would have thought there could be an outdoor ceremony in October? A huge thank you to you all for coming to Jenny's rescue by finding her the perfect dress, after her other dress not being ordered by another local company. Nothing was too much trouble for you . And your seanstress did a fabulous job getting it altered in time. As you can see Jenny looked stunning. Thank you again for your fantastic service.

Hello ladies, I hope you are both well :o) The wedding was perfect!! I loved every minute and the weather was beautiful - thought you might like to see a few pics... Everyone loved my dress! I cried when I had to take it off! I did well though - it went on at 10:30am and I took it off at 1:45am the next morning! Hope you like the pictures! Love Jo

Being a larger bride I was terrified at the prospect of going into bridal shop but the professionalism and warmth demonstarted by the staff was second to none. I felt comfortable within seconds and found the most beautiful Sonsie by Veromia gown. Wonderful job ladies, keep it up and thank you for making me look like a princess!

One word: WOW! This modern bridal wear shop offers an amzing range of bridal wear. This Saturday- just gone- I was browsing for a prom dress with my Mum and two of my closest friends. In this shop I found one of the most glamourous dresses I saw out of all the gown shops throughout Plymouth. The staff were great, helpful and really kind towards my family and I. If you're considering getting a dress any time soon, I'd strongly reccomend here... I would of bought mine here if I hadn't of been scamed by another local company. I love this store and will definitly be reccomending it to my friends....

Fantastic dresses, shop and staff! I was secretly getting married so I had to go shopping for a wedding dress by myself. I had already gone to a few shops and felt overwhelmingly conspicuous being just me and I felt no-one was interested..... but the Ivory Tower ladies were fabulous! I am by no means slim or young but the ladies were really welcoming, helpful and were great at advising me in my choice. I told them what I was looking for and they produced several choices for me to try on. Once I chose the dress I wanted, the seamstress also made any relevant body alterations..including the length as I also short too! I would recommend to anyone getting married, going to a prom who are looking for a dress and accessories to wear need to visit this shop. Excellent service! Lovely dresses! warm and welcoming environment! Highly recommended .When my girls get married I'll be revisiting this shop both for them and as mother of the bride. Fantastic dresses, Excellent service, Welcoming helpful staff!

Wow!! What a lovely shop. I went to this shop after my friend raved about it so much as she had bought her dress from here. And now I know why. Ive never felt so comfortable trying on dresses as im a size 26 and usually avoid clothes shopping altogether. But the girls made me feel so at ease the second i walked in. And I was so surprised how much choice there was for me to try, I ending up trying about 5 or 6 dresses before finding 'the one'! I cant thank them enough as I am now looking forward to the big day even more so as i feel so special in my dress and I can't wait to wear it.I honestly cant thank them enough!! Would recommend this shop to anyone.

The Ivory Tower were the most friendly and helpful wedding boutique that i had come across they made me feel at ease and nothing was too much trouble i would not hesitate in recommending their services to any future brides. i felt my bridal gown was great value for money. they were lovely and never judged me for carrying a few extra pounds Janine and Michelle get our vote every time!

The service I received from the staff at the ivory tower was exceptional. The dress was amazing and I would definitely recommend anyone to purchase their wedding dress from this store.

I was very suprised that after only one dress fitting, I popped back into the shop un-announced 3 months or so later (to check out shoes's) and the girls not only recognised me but also remembered my name. This was a suprise as generally people tend to call me Kirsty, even if they are exspecting to see me. A real treat to be called Kristy!! The staff were always cheerful and warm giving me more special attention than I was exspecting. A very big thank you.

The service I received from Michelle and The Ivory Tower was second to none. I visited many bridal outlets and none came anywhere close. They had a fantastic selection of dresses, and gave me as much time as I wanted to try different dresses on, and I could come back as much as I wanted. Michelle was extremely patient, kind and attentive to what I wanted. I found the perfect dress which was not in any other store. It was fitted perfectly and they even stayed open late as I was stuck in town the day before the wedding! I have two younger sisters and I have no doubt we will be visiting The Ivory Tower again soon! They made me feel very special!

I bought my wedding dress from The Ivory Tower. The girls made me feel like I was the only bride ever to get married. They were always welcoming and nothing was never too much trouble.

The Ivory Tower (60 Salisbury Road, Plymouth) was the first wedding shop where I went to in search of my wedding dress as I read in the internet lots of good comments about it. And I wasn't mistaken at all as I fell in love with the very first dress that I tried on there!

Just to be sure that I made the right choice, I decided to go to several other wedding shops in Plymouth afterwards. But anyway I ended up returning to the Ivory Tower and buying that very first dress! It was very beautiful and elegant.. just as I wanted it to be.. just as I imagined it! And it was within my budget as well which made me very happy!

Unfortunately, I didn't have much time to choose my wedding dress as we had to organise our wedding in a bit of a rush. So, obviously, I had to buy a dress off the shelf. And I should say that the dress that I found in the Ivory Tower was in perfect condition and very well looked after compared to some other wedding salons. I had such a feeling as if it was waiting just for me!

The service there was outstanding! I had 3 fittings of my dress and the result was amazing! Everything was made very neatly (even though they had to make it 2 sizes smaller!) and the dress fitted my figure perfectly! Afterwards they said that they would steam the dress for me and asked if I wanted to leave it at the salon until the wedding day which was very convenient for me!

I felt very much cared for and the whole experience was very enjoyable at The Ivory Tower!



I personally think that The Ivory Tower is the best wedding shop in Plymouth that I've been to!
