What size range do you cater for?

We cater for brides from a size UK2 to UK34.

Are alterations included in the cost of the dress?

No. Alterations are chargeable and a quote will be given before any purchases are made, you can also view our alterations pricelist within our shop. You are also more than welcome to take your dress away and have it altered independently.

Do I have to book an appointment?

Appointments are not compulsory, however if you prefer to make an appointment please feel free to contact us to do so.

What are your opening hours?

We are open Tuesday - Saturday from 10am to 5pm.

What is the delivery time for a gown?

The majority of our designers’ delivery time is approximately six months. However if your wedding is sooner than this don’t panic, as most of our designers provide a rush-cut service, or we may even have a dress suitable in store for you to take away the same day.

What do I do if I want to lose weight before my wedding?

If you wish to lose weight before your wedding we recommend that you don’t leave it to the last minute and have your current size ordered, as we can comfortably alter any dress to 3 dress sizes smaller without changing or ruining the style of your dress.

Who should I bring with me when trying on dresses?

When trying on wedding dresses we are more than happy for you to bring whoever you wish, but from experience we have found bringing one or two people, whose opinions you really trust, tends to be less confusing.
